Share Capital
During the reporting year the no. of membership increased from 8033 as on 31st March 2024 to 8124 as on 31st March 2025. The catagory details of as on 31st March 2025 is given in the following table:

Though the employees from Reserve Bank of India are retiring in large volume, due to the recruitments in Reserve Bank of India this gap has been filledup and no. of members have been increased.
As retired members have maintained their nominal membership, there is marginal increase in no. of nominal members.
We are thankful the the retired employees of Reserve Bank of India and are still nominal members of the society for the trust on Managing committee and their operations.
The authorized share capital of the society is Rs.10.00 crores and paid up share capital which was Rs.1 Crore 19 lakhs as on 31st March 2024 has decreased to Rs.1 crore 17 Lakhs on 31st March 2025. The Society collected Rs.4.72 lakhs and refunded Rs.7.22 lakhs to the retired/resigned members in the current Financial Year.
Though the Share capital is reducing every year, profit is increasing every year.
